A high strength ABS moulded case protects the unit from abuse and the mounting of the heater is designed to minimise overhang thus reducing the risk of accidental damage. The direct heat transfer from the element to the emerging liquid CO2 gives improved efficiency and enables the unit to function at a lower operating temperature thus prolonging element life.

MVI gas preheaters are intended for use on 42v/115v/230v, 50/60 hz, single phase AC only. Since they are not insulated for outdoor use. The heaters must be protected from moisture and weather or climatic conditions that could cause electrical equipment to become a hazard use only with 3-wire grounded, electrical extension cord and socket.

We offer a high quality range of Gas Preheater (Aluminum Casing). These are used for heating the gas before it enters into the regulator. Our range is efficiently designed that further improves the efficiency in comparison to other conventional heaters.

Extends life of Regulator / flowmeter and prevents porosity in welds form loss of shield gas in frozen regulator. Easily installed between CO2 Cylinder valve and flowmeter.
